IBCA
international bureau for celestial affairs
The International Bureau of Celestial Affairs is a new intergovernmental and intergalactic body that includes other extra-terrestrials as well as the discovery of spice. Established amidst the chaos of humans racing to leave their celestial footprint, the IBCA is like a referee at a cosmic rugby match, trying to keep everyone playing by the rules. Their mission? To make sure that when humanity inevitably stumbles into its next cosmic adventure, we don't accidentally start an interstellar war over whose turn it is to use the Death Star. So, next time you look up at the stars and wonder what's out there, just remember, there's probably a paperwork pile at the IBCA waiting to sort it all out.
agendas:
- Addressing the risks posed by Near-Earth objects amidst extra-terrestrial conflicts
- Discussing and amending the newly formulated Outer Space Treaty
